Funnel Manager

Position Description

  • You develop high-performance online strategies, using both new and proven funnel techniques (lead magnets, VSL, email marketing, etc.) and optimize them until the desired CPA is achieved.
  • You track and organize all technical processes around the funnel.
  • Regularly conduct A/B tests for optimization.
  • You independently conduct market analysis and research, and have a good feel for target audiences and the right targeting.
  • Analyzing data beyond A/B tests to identify opportunities for further improvements is also part of your tasks.
  • You proactively develop new ideas based on data analysis and research.
  • You build funnels and ensure that marketing goals are achieved.
  • You work with common online marketing tools such as WordPress, ClickFunnels, and HTML and are familiar with Shopify.
  • You build and optimize landing pages.
  • Upselling and cross-selling are terms you're familiar with.

Your Profile

  • At least 2 years of professional experience in online marketing, preferably in funnel building.
  • Experience in funnel building, ideally with upsells and cross-sells.
  • A flair for design, allowing you to create high-converting landing pages and creatives.
  • Very good knowledge of German and good knowledge of English.
  • Experience in setting up websites with WordPress and page builders.
  • Good knowledge of HTML and CSS, ideally also basic knowledge of JavaScript and PHP.
  • Familiarity with newsletter, tracking, testing, and interface tools.
  • Basic understanding of marketing psychology.
  • Analytical mindset and structured approach to work.

Onboarding

Before your first day at work, you will receive all relevant information to get started. If you are working remotely, all necessary work materials will be delivered to your home in advance. If you are working at one of our locations, you will receive the equipment on-site.
