The excitement was big when our German team arrived at the Berg & Tal Hotel & Apartments in Braunlage for a much-anticipated three-day summer retreat. Nestled in the heart of the Harz mountains, the cozy yet stylish accommodation provided the perfect backdrop for relaxation and connection.
After check-in, the evening unfolded with a leisurely walk to Ristorante & Pizzeria Rialto, where we enjoyed a hearty group dinner. Conversations flowed as colleagues met in person for the first time, fostering bonds that would grow throughout the weekend.

Day two was the highlight of the event, packed with thrills, laughter, and memorable moments. Following a delicious breakfast at the hotel, we headed off for a day filled with adrenaline-fueled activities and breathtaking scenery.
Exploring Germany’s Highest Dam and Titan RT Bridge
The adventure began with a scenic hike to Germany’s highest dam wall, a stunning feat of engineering surrounded by natural beauty. The Titan RT Bridge, spanning an impressive 458.5 meters, offered jaw-dropping views and a thrilling crossing for our daring team members.
Facing Fears and Embracing Challenges
The day was far from ordinary as participants took on activities like Wall Running, the Mega Zipline, and the Giga Swing. Each challenge tested our limits, with many overcoming fears and stepping out of their comfort zones. The courage and camaraderie on display were truly inspiring.
Laughter and Team Spirit in Action
Between activities, we engaged in light-hearted team games, including a quiz, weight guessing, and a ball-transport challenge. These moments of playful competition brought us closer, reminding us of the power of teamwork.

The day concluded with a warm and lively BBQ evening at Harzköhlerei Stemberghaus. Under the stars, we shared stories from the day, celebrated our achievements, and enjoyed the serene mountain atmosphere. It was the perfect way to wind down after an action-packed adventure.

The final morning began with a group breakfast at the hotel, followed by heartfelt goodbyes as we prepared to depart. The weekend had flown by, leaving us with unforgettable memories and stronger connections.
